Items Eligible for Return
For eligible returns you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of the shipment date and return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipment date. Items received after 30 days or with the security tag missing or removed cannot be returned. Those items are eligible for reconsignment or will be returned to the client.
To request an RMA number, go to Order History in your account, and simply click view on the order and "Return" on the right side of the page. The client is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We’ll notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
We recognize that returns are important to our clients. However, where we determine in our sole discretion that a client is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may restrict or refuse that client’s access to allerpet911.com.
You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Once completed, we will refund you for your purchase as described below. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
How Refunds Are Issued
Note: For any purchases made using promotional site credit, that portion of the purchase will be refunded in the form of site credit subject to the original terms and conditions. Site credit refunds for purchases made with site credits that had an original expiration date will be valid until the original expiration date. If the original expiration date has already passed, site credit refunds will be valid for three days once refunded. Site credit refunds for purchases made with gift cards do not expire.
Purchases may be subject to sales, use, excise and other tax in some jurisdictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due. Buyers claiming exemption from sales tax must have the appropriate documentation on file with allerpet911.com prior to the release of the property.
Packing and Shipping
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees. We will, at the buyer's expense, either provide packing, handling, insurance and shipping services or coordinate with shipping agents instructed by the buyer in order to facilitate such services for property purchased from allerpet911.com. As a courtesy to buyers, allerpet911.com will, without charge, wrap purchased items for hand carry only. Any such instruction, whether or not made at our recommendation, is entirely at the buyer's risk and responsibility and we will not be liable for acts or omissions of third party packers or shippers. allerpet911.com will require presentation of government issued identification prior to release of a piece to the buyer or the buyer's authorized representative.
